SHIPYARD Apply To Put Up Large Modular Office Building
FERGUSON Marine shipyard in Port Glasgow wants permission to create extra office space.
The company has applied to put up a two-storey modular building.
Drawings submitted to Inverclyde planners show there would be open-plan desk space for more than 80 people plus enclosed offices and meetings rooms.
The structure would be located on the A8 side of the yard where there are currently several small portable buildings.
The application is pending assessment by council officials.
