ANOTHER man has been arrested in connection with the death of Neil Canney in Greenock in February.
The 25-year-old is the seventh man detained in connection with the alleged murder in Larkfield. He is due to appear at Greenock Sheriff Court on Wednesday.
Mr Canney, 37, was found seriously injured at the door of his home in Nairn Road around 1.15am on Tuesday 28 February.
He was taken by ambulance to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow where he died a short time later.
Six men, aged 22, 23, 24, 27, 28 and 38, have previously been arrested, charged and have appeared at Greenock Sheriff Court.
