TWO householders are waiting to see if they will get planning permission for garden rooms they’ve already built.
One of the structures is at 9 Craigmuschat Road, Gourock.
The other, which is a garden/office, including covered seating area, is at 71 Finnart Street, Greenock.
Planning documents state that the householders went ahead and installed the outbuildings because they were unaware that permission was required.
The retrospective applications are pending consideration by Inverclyde Council planners.
