
INVERCLYDE Association for Mental Health requires a full-time support worker/practitioner.
Inverclyde Association for Mental Health provides a network of sustainable support services and opportunities to enable individuals with mental illness and underlying alcohol and drug problems to maximise their potential, enhance their recovery and well-being and promote independent living within integrated residential and housing support services.
Applicants should have:
Experience in supporting people with mental illness and on occasions under- lying alcohol/drug/homelessness issues.
Ability to competently respond to risks and challenges that may occur while supporting individuals.
You must have excellent communication skills and inter-personal skills.
You will work in a supportive environment and will be provided with a full induction and on-going training opportunities.

35 HOURS PER WEEK OVER 7 DAYS
28 DAYS ANNUAL LEAVE AND 12 PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

sVQ LEVEL 3 IN HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE DESIRED (MINIMUM SVQ 2 REQUIRED)
