RECRUITMENT — Assistant Marina Master Vacancy At Kip Marina
KIP Marina, Inverkip require an Assistant Marina Master, to become part of the existing management team.
Kip Marina is one of the busiest marinas and boatyards in Scotland, catering for all types of pleasure craft and smaller commercial vessels.
General duties for this post include:
— Office Duties
— Customer Service
— Responsible for the safe operation of the boatyard and equipment.
— Mobile crane operation.
— Travel hoist operation.
— Boat movements around the marina
Applicants for the role should be hands-on, have the ability to lead by example, act appropriately on feedback and to drive further business growth and maintain our status as Scotland’s premier marina.
Able to engage both customers and staff alike whilst constantly looking to improve the customer experience, sustainability and profitability, the successful applicant will be comfortable working with senior managers whilst taking ownership of their own responsibilities.
Extended experience of the leisure boating industry and RYA qualifications are preferred but not essential as training is available.
Five-day week, flexibility in working hours and conditions are essential as is the ability to work as part of a successful and effective team.
