PLANS Drawn Up For Houses At Greenock Church Site

A HOUSING development is being proposed for the site of a former church currently being demolished in Greenock’s East End.

Plans for land in Bawhirley Road have been submitted to Inverclyde Council by Rebecchi Architectural Services on behalf of applicant Perspective Building Consultancy Ltd.

Eight semi-detached, three-bedroom properties are proposed for the site of the former Greenock East United Reformed Church which is being knocked down at present. Each house would have two parking spaces.

The application is pending consideration by planning officials.
