PLANNING Application Submitted For Retail Unit At Port Glasgow Shopping Park
THE final plot at Gallagher Retail Park in Port Glasgow is set to be developed.
A planning application has been submitted seeking permission for a shop on land at Ardgowan Street, next to the nit occupied by Direct Flooring.
Rebecchi Architectural Services state: “It will be a small retail unit to complete the development.
“If the proposal receives planning consent then it will be marketed for rent through Bowman Rebecchi [Commercial Property Services] whilst it is being constructed.”
The proposal is pending assessment by Inverclyde planners.
