The building, which has floorspace of 710 square metres, was put on the market by the Church of Scotland in December for offers over £150,000.

Drawings submitted to planners by Rebecchi Architectural Services show the house will have three bedrooms, dining and sitting areas, a large games area and an office.

The church was built in the 1950s. St Martin’s merged with St Andrew’s in Port Glasgow town centre to become New Parish Church.
