A RANGE of work is being proposed at a property on Greenock Esplanade.
A planning application has been submitted for 55 Esplanade.
Alterations would include forming one house from the upper and lower floors which are currently separate apartments.
A single storey rear extension would be expanded and reclad.
A garden building would also be extended to provide a covered seating area. It would have solar panels on the roof.
The proposals are pending assessment by Inverclyde planners.
