POLICE were called twice to break up a party in Greenock where pandemic regulations were being ignored.
Officers were called to a property on Old Inverkip Road just before 3am on Saturday.
Sergeant Jason Logsdon said: “A number of people from various households were within.
“The householder was warned and informed about the dangers of Covid and the party dispersed.
“A short time later, police were contacted as people had returned to the address and were again within the property.
“As a result an 18-year-old householder was issued with a fixed penalty and people were ejected and warned of the consequences of returning.”
