POLICE have appealed for witnesses after a restaurant in Port Glasgow was broken into.
Entry was forced to The Waterwheel between 2am and 3am on Friday.
A number of items were stolen.
A description of a suspect has been released. He was a white male aged 50 to 60, about 5ft 9in, of average build with grey/dark messy hair and grey facial hair, wearing a black bubble jacket, dark trousers and white trainers.
Witnesses are urged to call police on 101 quoting incident 0485 of the 18 June 2021 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
