A GROUP from Inverclyde Cho’s Tae Kwon Do club was invited to take part in AIMAA (Action International Martial Arts Association) Ireland’s third International Training Camp.

Instructors Master Charles and Gillian Boyle and 16 members travelled to Lough Allen Hotel, Drumshanbo, Co. Leitrim.

The two-day summer camp was hosted under AIMAA European director Master John Darcy and was a great success. This year campers had seminars covering a host of different aspects of training as well as getting the chance to explore the many attractions in the area.

Six students from Inverclyde were training at the camp and they were not disappointed with the skills from each instructor.

Inverclyde Cho’s Tae Kwon-Do will be running an offer for August — all new students will receive the month free, and also a £20 voucher towards a starter pack should they choose to enroll in the club which has a studio at 11a George Square, Greenock.

Classes are offered to students from the age of 3½ upwards every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. More information is available at www.inverclyde-taekwondo.com.
