ALL Aboard As No Nonsense Stage Para Handy; The Wireless Show

NO Nonsense Productions are staging Para Handy; The Wireless Show at the Celtic Club in Greenock next week.

The popular show features the Master Mariner, Dougie the Mate, MacPhail the Engineer and Sunny Jim along with a host of other characters in six classic tales from Neil Munro.

It is performed as a 1950s radio broadcast and features live sound effects and period music.

No Nonsense staged the production at the Beacon, Greenock and The Olde Anchor Inn in Largs last year and both sold out quickly.

Para Handy; The Wireless Show, adapted by Gordon Neish, is in the Celtic Club, Laird Street, 7.30 for 8pm on Friday 28 April.

Tickets are £10, which includes a pie and a drink, available from the club or by phoning 01475 724370.
