INVERCLYDE Planning Board has backed revised designs for a new house in Gourock.
Councillors approved the proposals for a three-bedroom property beside 31A Cowal View.
Permission was already in place for the principle of building a house on the plot but a new application was required because of a revised design and position for the dwelling.
Planning officials had recommended approval stating: “The change in position, orientation and design of the proposed dwellinghouse are considered acceptable.”
