PERMISSION is being sought for a house on a grassed area in a Gourock.
The four-bedroom home with detached garage is proposed for land beside 22 And 24 Dunvegan Avenue in Levan.
Drawings show there would be a landscaped grass area with low level planting.
The applicant says this would provide “a green space with native species to support a diverse ecosystem, encouraging wildlife whilst maintaining sightlines for road users”.
A planning application seeking consent for the principle of building a house on the plot has been submitted to Inverclyde Council.
If approved, detailed plans would then have to be lodged.
