MORE Inverclyde Covid Deaths Recorded
EIGHT more covid-related deaths have been registered in Inverclyde, according to the latest Government figures.
The deaths were recorded in the week beginning 22 February. In the previous week there had been seven deaths.
Of the 215 people whose deaths were registered in Inverclyde in the first seven weeks of the year, 67 had covid-19 mentioned on their death certificate.
Inverclyde’s pandemic death toll is now 199, according to National Records of Scotland.
