A NEW Scottish model yacht championship is being hosted by Greenock Model Yacht and Power Boat Club this weekend.
The event on Saturday (14 May) at Murdieston Dam will feature DF95 Class craft.
A club spokesman said: “This should be an excellent event for this growing fleet in our district
“The host club members are looking forward to welcoming other MYA [Model Yacht Association] members from Scottish District clubs to Greenock and for some fair weather and winds at this event.”
