MCGILL’S Bus To Kilmacolm Turns Up In Bollywood Movie Trailer Viewed By Tens Of Millions
MCGILL’S Buses have had some unexpected global publicity for their X7 service to Kilmacolm, thanks to a Bollywood blockbuster.
One of the Greenock-based company’s Mercedes Citaro vehicles travelling on Hope Street in Glasgow appears briefly in the newly-released trailer for movie Bell Bottom.
The trailer has been viewed more than 35 million times in just a couple of days.
Scenes for the 1980s-set thriller were filmed in various Scottish locations last summer including at Custom House Quay in Greenock.
The cast includes Bollywood megastar Akshay Kumar, Vaani Kappor, Huma Qureshi and Lara Dutta.
