MAN Involved In Greenock Incident ‘Safe And Well’ Say PolicePOLICE say a man at the centre of a reported assault and potential abduction in Greenock early today (Thursday) has been traced.
Officers were concerned for the welfare of the man after it appeared he had been attacked and possibly taken away in a van in Brachelston Street around 4am.
Following their appeal regarding the incident, police issued an update saying the man is safe and well.
A spokesman said: “Officers are satisfied with the circumstances which have been established as a minor disturbance.”
