MAJOR Greenock Office Building Being Vacated
A NEW occupier is being sought for a prominent Greenock office block.
Holt Court at Arthur Street, beside the A8 at Cartsburn, has been made available to let through commercial property agents Bowman Rebecchi.
The existing tenant — Webhelp — has used the building since 1999 and is due to vacate at the end of February.
Webhelp have not announced any alternative accommodation plans.
Built in 1994 and refurbished in 2019, the building extends to 10,762 sq ft set across three floors.
