PORT Glasgow Boys Club 2010s have enjoyed a successful season including being crowned league winners after being unbeaten in the league for a full season.
The team led the pack from the first kick-off and never looked back.
They also had a good run in the West Region cup, reaching the quarter finals.
The side also did well in the Scottish Cup making it into the last 32 of the competition, losing 2:0 to Sons of Struth.
It was therefore apt to meet the same Sons of Struth team in the final of the league cup.
This time Port Boys knew what they were up against and they prepared well.
At half-time they were 3:0, with two goals from Reese McDonald and one from Zac Hughes, but Sons of Struth kept going, finding two late goals to give the game an exciting finish.
Port showed their strength to hold out and run out champions, making it a double for the season.
