INVERCLYDE’S Festive Lights Switch-On Events

DETAILS of Christmas lights switch-on events for every Inverclyde town and village have been announced.

Greenock — Friday 26 November — Festivities from 5.30pm in the Oak Mall, with lights on at 6.30pm, at Cathcart Square. Wellpark Mid kirk will be open for hot chocolate.

Gourock — Friday 26 November from 6pm at Kempock Gardens.

Port Glasgow — Wednesday 1 December from 6pm outside Port Glasgow Library.

Quarrier’s Village — Friday 3 December from 4pm at village centre

Kilmacolm — Friday 3 December from 6pm at the community centre

Inverkip — Friday 3 December from 5.30pm at Inverkip Community Hub

Wemyss Bay — Friday 3 December from 6.30pm, at the community centre.
