THE McLean Museum and Watt Library in Greenock re-opened today (Friday) — almost three years since they closed for building work.

The facilities in Kelly Street/Union Street — collectively known as the Watt Institution — shut for a £2million refurbishment in December 2016.

Public access between the two buildings is now available.

The complex is open to the public Wednesday to Saturday, 10am to 4pm.
