IN Pictures — Progress On Greenock Cruise Ship Building
GREENOCK’S new cruise ship visitor centre is starting to take shape.
The waterfront building will feature an arrivals/departure hall, a high-end restaurant and roof terrace and a museum paying tribute to sculptor George Wyllie.
It’s hoped the centre will be complete by next summer although in October work was reported to be several months behind because the contractor had encountered significant obstructions in the ground.
