DEMOLITION of the final IBM building at Spango Valley, Greenock has been completed.

The so-called ‘Blue Building’ was used as a call centre.
Arranglen — the property investment arm of Greenock’s Easdale family — owns the land and announced in January that the building was to be knocked down.
The rest of the massive site was cleared some time ago.
Preparation of the massive former IBM site is underway ahead of a proposed redevelopment.
