DEMOLITION of the final IBM building at Spango Valley, Greenock is well underway.
The so-called ‘Blue Building’ was used as a call centre.
Arranglen — the property investment arm of Greenock’s Easdale family — owns the land and announced in January that the building was to be knocked down.
Preparation of the massive former IBM site is underway ahead of a proposed redevelopment.
