ROADS around a Greenock landmark will be shut as part of resurfacing work.
Inverclyde Council is carrying out the improvements on the approaches to Lyle Hill from Monday 27 July to Friday 31 July.
Lyle Road will be closed from its junction with Newark Street to the junction with Grieve Road.
Newton Street/Lyle Road will be closed between Madeira Street and Grieve Road.
And Grieve Road will be shut between Auchneagh Farm Road and Lyle Road.
Motorists will be diverted via Larkfield Road and Fancy Farm Road.
