HOUSING Development Approved At Old Greenock Farm Site
PLANNING permission has been given for 15 houses at an area of former farm buildings in Greenock.
Two-storey detached and semi-detached homes, each with private front and rear gardens and off-street parking, are proposed for the site at Strone Farm, Glenbrae Road.
There will be a mixture of two, three and four-bedroom homes.
Open space and a play area will be provided.
Various disused farm buildings are on the site currently.
The application by Alex McKay Construction Ltd has been approved by Inverclyde Council planners.
