A GREENOCK West End resident has applied for permission to infill a swimming pool and demolish part of their house.
The Conservation Area request made to Inverclyde Council planners involves a property at 99 Octavia Terrace.
Under the proposal, a rear extension and outbuildings will be knocked down. A pool that has been covered over will be filled in.
The applicant states: “Most of the proposed demolitions are elements of the existing building that aren’t original and are in a bad state of disrepair.”
If the changes are approved, the householder plans to build a new extension.
