SCENES for BBC crime drama Shetland are to be shot in Inverclyde for the second time this year.

Filming for new episodes of the show — which stars Douglas Henshall as detective Jimmy Perez — is set to take place later this month in Greenock and Kilmacolm.

The film crew will be in the West End of Greenock on Friday 25 June, leading to parking restrictions on parts of Eldon Street and Roseneath Street from 6am to 10pm.

Parking restrictions will also be in place at Lochwinnoch Road, Elphinstone Court and Station Road, Kilmacolm from Friday 25 June until Tuesday 29 June.
