GOUROCK Schoolchildren Holding Cafe EventGOUROCK Primary School pupils have organised a cafe event to raise awareness of the Government’s Getting It Right For Every Child (GIRFEC) aim.
It takes place in the Islay Hall of Old Gourock and Ashton Church, Binnie Street on Wednesday (29 May) from noon.
GIRFEC — the Scottish Government’s approach to supporting children and young people — aims to make sure children and young people can receive the right help, at the right time, from the right people so that they grow up feeling loved, safe and respected, realising their full potential.
The event is free and everyone is welcome to go along.
