WHINHILL Golf Club in Greenock held their Margaret Lever seniors’ Open competition.
The trophy was won by Richard Hill of Cowal Golf Club, who edged out Whinhill’s Bernard Hughes to claim the trophy.
The scratch prize was won by former Whinhill champion Jim Callaghan who shot an excellent 69 to edge out another former champion in Stephen Donald.
The course was presented in excellent condition which was appreciated by all those competing.
The club thank Kerry and Heather from Inverclyde Leisure for their excellent hospitality throughout the day and the Lever family for their continued support of the competition.
