A RANGE of work proposed for a property on Greenock Esplanade has been given planning permission.
Officials at Inverclyde Council have granted consent for changes at 55 Esplanade.
Alterations include forming one house from the upper and lower floors which are currently separate apartments.
A single-storey rear extension will be expanded and reclad.
A garden building will also be extended to provide a covered seating area. It will have solar panels on the roof.
