FREE Outdoor Group Fitness Launch In Greenock Today (Thursday)

INVERCLYDE Leisure holds an outdoor launch for its latest group fitness class programme today (Thursday).

It takes place at Lady Octavia Sports Centre, Bridgend Road, Greenock.

Four 30-minute express classes will be held. All activities will be free of charge.

The programme is:

5.30pm — Bodyattack

6.00pm — Bootcamp

6.30pm — Bodycombat

7.00pm — Metafit
