FREE Cuppa Offer At Garden Centre In Aid Of Cancer Charity

VISITORS to Cardwell Garden Centre will get a free cuppa when they make a donation to the Macmillan Cancer Support charity.

The Patio Restaurant at the garden centre, near Gourock is staging a Macmillan Coffee Morning, between 10am and 3pm, on Friday (25 September).

And in a bid to raise as much money as possible for the worthy cause, Cardwell will give a free cup of tea or filter coffee to anyone who donates to Macmillan that day.

Patio Restaurant manager Bernadette Sime said: “We’re looking forward to welcoming everyone to our socially-distanced Macmillan Coffee Morning.

“Almost everyone knows someone who has been affected by cancer and the Macmillan charity do a wonderful job looking after those who have to deal with the disease.

“Let’s all sit down with a cuppa and help the people who are helping others in their time of need.”
