AN empty shop unit that formerly housed the post office in Port Glasgow town centre is available to let.
The recently renovated property in Princes Street was also previously a Spar store and had a Subway outlet, until a fire in March 2020.
The premises are being marketed by local agents Bowman Rebecchi who state: “This large unit is suitable for a range of uses, with our client happy to consider a change of use to include restaurant, leisure, or cafe uses (subject to planning).
“The ground floor has been reinstated to a clean white shell ready to accept a tenant’s fit-out.”
