FORMER Gourock Hotel Site Prepared For Flats Construction
WORK is being carried out to prepare the site of the former Firth Hotel, Gourock for a flats development.
Planning permission was given to Holt Leisure in 2016 for an L-shaped building of between two and four storeys containing 11 apartments.
Six of the flats will have three bedrooms and the rest will have two bedrooms. There will be 19 parking spaces behind the building.
The building in Ashton Road at Ashton Place was demolished in 2017.
The premises — latterly run as bar/restaurant One Ashton Road — had been disused for several years.
