DETAILED designs have been drawn up for a development of large detached homes in Gourock.
Linear Living Scotland Ltd has submitted plans for six homes in the woodland grounds of a bungalow beside 24 Rosemount Place, Trumpethill.
The three-level properties would each have five bedrooms plus lounge, dining room, snug and study, as well as three parking places.
Planning permission is already in place for the site to be developed for six houses.
Consent is now being sought from Inverclyde Council for the detailed proposals.
The site has a new owner and an original plan for self-build housing plots has been dropped.
