POLICE have arrested five men after raiding a cannabis cultivation in central Greenock today.
Numerous officers responded to the incident at the Old Tobacco Warehouse on Clarence Street this morning.
Police Scotland have now confirmed that five men, aged 17, 23, 26, 38 and 50, were arrested. Inquiries are continuing.
Clarence Street and neighbouring side streets were closed to traffic but reopened by 2pm.
Arts organisation RIG confirmed the incident did not involve their studio, which is in the same building.
