GREENOCK’S fire brigade museum is open this weekend as part of Inverclyde Doors Open Days.
The museum is at 115 Dalrymple Street, part of the municipal buildings, just round the corner from Wallace Place, and is open from 10am to 4pm on Saturday (9 September) and 12 to 4pm on Sunday (10 September).
Wallace the Fire Dog storytelling for youngsters will take place on Saturday at 11, 12, 2 and 3 o’clock and on Sunday at 1, 2 and 3 o’clock.
