POLICE are investigating after a disturbance involving youths at Inverkip Beach.
Reports were received of a large group of young people acting in a disorderly manner last night.
A police spokesman said: “Investigations are ongoing to identify those responsible for the incident which resulted in injuries and damage to nearby properties.
“Police Scotland will be actively patrolling this area, along with the routes to the beach, to prevent a repeat of this type of incident.”
