MORTON lost to bottom-placed Arbroath at Cappielow.
The Greenock side conceded in the 12th minute and from a penalty in the 40th minute.
Morton pulled one back — scored by Lewis McGrattan — in the fourth minute of added time at the end of the second half.
The result put Morton in seventh in the Championship after seven matches.
