IT was a grim start to Ian Murray’s managerial stint at Morton as the side crashed out of the Scottish Cup.
Morton lost 4:0 to League One side Stenhousemuir in the fourth round away match, Murray’s first game in charge.
The Greenock side conceded twice towards the end of the first half and Stenhousemuir doubled their lead in the second half, scoring in the 65th and 80th minutes.
