REVERSE Advent Calendar In Aid Of FoodbankKILMACOLM Residents’ Association is running a reverse advent calendar event to get boxes of essentials donated to Inverclyde Foodbank.
The appeal involved people getting a cardboard box or a large bag and placing one item of canned or long-life food, sweets or toiletries into it each day.
The association has arranged for boxes to be handed in at the village Scout Hall in Barr’s Brae between 11am and 2pm on Sunday 23 December.
Those unable to hand their box can arrange to have it collected by the association.
