THE following exciting opportunity has arisen within PG Paper for a dynamic person looking to progress into a growing and successful company.
We are looking for a Business Development Executive — to join our growing sales team — meeting the following requirements:
— Bachelors degree with a minimum 2:2 attainment preferably in a business domain
— Experience in a sales role, desirable but not essential
— Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc
— A second language, desirable but not essential
The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following skills:
— Independent planning and working
— Self-motivated and target-driven
— Well-organised with a high level of attention to detail
— Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
— Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
— Ability to take a project from initial steps to completion
— Ability to use initiative and problem solve
The main responsibilities will include:
— Market research, business development, sales and account management
— Proactively sourcing new leads and new business opportunities
— Establishing customer needs and selling products accordingly
— Working to weekly and monthly sales targets and KPI’s
— Attending industry events in order to generate business leads
