ORGAN Recital At Lyle Kirk, GreenockAN organ recital by David J. W. Murray will take place at Lyle Kirk, Newark Street, Greenock on Sunday 12 March at 3pm.
David is a respected organist, accompanist and teacher working throughout the West of Scotland and regularly performing at Kelvingrove Art Galleries, Glasgow.
His programme will consist of traditional organ pieces and transcriptions covering a wide variety of tuneful styles, and will include works by Vierne, Vaughan Williams, Albinoni, Bucalassi, Eric Coates and Lefebure-Wely.
Entry to the recital is free, but there will be an offering taken to help towards costs.
There will be a screen to allow the audience to watch David.
Tea and coffee will be served afterwards.
