GREENOCK Camera Club resumes on Thursday (5 October) for its winter programme.

Photographers of all standards are welcome to go along and join.

Club president Campbell Skinner said: “Members will learn how to improve their photographs by gaining a better understanding of how their cameras work, learn about composition and light, and how to use photo editing software to improve their pictures.

“Greenock Camera club caters for all photography levels. It doesn’t matter if you are at the beginning of your photographic journey and just want to learn from others, or a keen photographer who enjoys the more competitive element of club competitions.

“Whether you are using a phone camera, entry level compact or DSLR camera, everyone can learn something at Greenock Camera Club.

There is a programme of visiting lecturers giving an insight into their photography, as well as competitions for all standards.
