GREENOCK Philharmonic Choir Holding Spring ConcertGREENOCK Philharmonic Choir holds its spring concert on Saturday (23 March).
It takes place at Lyle Kirk’s Newark Street building and starts at 7.30pm.
The main work will be Feel the Spirit by John Rutter, which includes arrangements of spirituals such as Steal Away, Deep River and When the Saints Go Marching In.
Other works in the programme are Handel’s Zadok the Priest, J.C. Bach’s Magnificat in C and Five Sacred Songs by Vaughan Williams.
The choir will be joined by Glasgow Chamber Orchestra and an outstanding group of soloists.
