Inverclyde Now Logo GIVING A Voice To Port Glasgow East

16 June, 2017 | Noticeboard

PORT Glasgow residents are being urged to get involved in giving the town’s eastern neighbourhoods a voice again.

Efforts are being made by Port Glasgow Community Association to re-establish a community council for areas to the east of Clune Brae, Dubbs Road and Montrose Avenue.

The association has already helped to get Port Glasgow West Community Council back up and running.

Residents interested in the Port Glasgow East Community Council project are urged to go along to the community association’s annual general meeting on Thursday (22 June) at 7pm in Boglestone Community Centre.
