CLOCH Housing Association is holding a gala day on Wednesday (8 August) to celebrate its 50th birthday.
It takes place form 11am to 3pm at Greenock Town Hall.
Attractions include a chance to meet Barnie the T-Rex dinosaur, at 11.30, 12.30 and 1.30, and to dig for fossils.
There will be a cartoon masterclass for youngsters, face-painting, information and craft stalls, and a look back at Cloch’s histoy.
Local band Black Dove will perform at 2pm.
The Scottish Fire Heritage Trust museum on the Wallace Place side of the Municipal Buildings will be open specially for the event
Entry is free. There will be a free burger and drink for Cloch customers.
